A working prototype of the gamified ops floor. Two companies — Alphaflow and AlphaScale Labs — eight furnished department rooms each (four per side) opening onto side corridors. Each company's corridors meet a central spine that leads to its own compact meeting room, and that spine runs up through a trunk hallway to the executive corridor, where three director offices sit: Byron and Calvin's founder offices flank the COS (the AI Director · Chief of Staff). The dot on each room marks its autonomy zone (free / founder-gated / locked). On a standup, each company's heads walk the corridors to their meeting room while the directors keep watch. The game is a lens over the data, never a mask over it.
